65ème Congrès mondial des journaux
Les rencontres annuelles de l’industrie de la presse et des médias présentent une particularité en 2013, car le World Newspaper Advertising Forum aura lieu en même temps et au même endroit que le Congrès mondial des journaux et le World Editors Forum. Bangkok deviendra donc en juin le centre de l’univers de l’édition.
Le 65e Congrès mondial des journaux, le 20e World Editors Forum et le 23e World Newspaper Advertising Forum – qui se tiendront simultanément du 2 au 5 juin à Bangkok en Thaïlande – ont été conçus pour que les participants reçoivent toutes les informations et idées stratégiques dont ils ont besoin pour relever les défis que leur pose l’évolution très rapide de l’industrie des médias.
Innovation, inspiration et interaction : ce sont les trois thèmes de ces événements.
Le Congrès mondial des journaux traite en premier lieu des problèmes de gestion et d’économie auxquels sont confrontés les médias d’information et examinera cette année les modèles économiques émergents et les sources de revenus.
Le World Editors Forum sert de plate-forme de rencontre annuelle pour les équipes rédactionnelles, qui pourront examiner les innovations en journalisme et en organisation rédactionnelle, acquérir de nouvelles compétences en journalisme des données et s’initier aux nouveaux outils et techniques de journalisme narratif, entre autres.
C’est au World Advertising Forum que les éditeurs et directeurs de la publicité se rencontrent tous les ans pour s’informer des stratégies à succès permettant d’augmenter les revenus issus de l’imprimé et du numérique et des possibilités de faire valoir la valeur de l’audience.
Se déroulant au cœur de l’Asie, les Congrès, Editors Forum et Ad Forum se pencheront sur cette région pleine de vitalité et sur son industrie des médias en plein boom. Plus de 1 000 éditeurs, rédacteurs en chef, directeurs généraux, directeurs de la publicité et invités sont attendus dans cette ville fascinante et trépidante qu’est Bangkok.
