    Oosterhout, 7th January 2020 – Shanghai United Media Group can continue to rely on press automation of Q.I. Press Controls (QIPC) and EAE Engineering Automation Electronics (EAE) in the future. The Chinese media group, one of the largest in the country, is updating its existing QIPC automation with a new mRC-3D colour register control system. The EAE control system will be updated as well. The Group also operates three printing plants, the largest being Druckhaus Wittich KG Föhren in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate: from here alone, around 200 local newspaper titles leave the presses every week. Ferag MultiStack compensating stackers recently began organizing those into handy bundles. By switching to Ferag technology, Wittich was able to overcome several challenges at a single stroke.
